Construction Management
Our construction management strategy and philosophy is to be the eyes and ears of our clients to ensure that their project are managed and constructed in a manner that meets industry and the project owner's requirements and standards.

Consulting and Advisory
This division is predominantly involved in General Business Research & Development (i.e. feasibility studies, concept development, etc) Management Services, Advisory, Technical & Scientific Research & Development and General Consultancy Services and Manpower Supply.
Energy and Technical
The division is dedicated solely for the various specialized services and supplies required in the upstream and downstream in the oil and gas sector. These activities will include amongst others equipment procurement and supplies, engineering services, manpower supplies, QA/QC system development & management, project management & supervision, Inspection services, marine support services, etc. All major engineering, construction, procurement, information technology, GIS/GPS, security system, project management, design manufacturing, production, assembly, power system (Thermal, Solar, wind, etc) is handled here too.
Health, Food and Beverages
This section caters for the need of the medical, pharmaceutical science/ Engineering & Biotechnology, Industrial & Commercial services sector. This is not limited to sales, services and technical consulting services. There is supply of personnel & equipment/ devices to the sector. This division is involved in regulatory compliance activities for NAFDAC, USFDA, Health Canada, etc.
This division also focuses on the manufacturing, packaging, blending, distribution and sale of various foods and beverages. The division offers procurement, sale and servicing of various machinery & equipment/ utensils in the foods and beverages industry in addition to consultancy services.
ICT Services
Groupe St. Claus Ti Incorporee. provides a broad range of IT support and consulting services in partnership with Bright Ideas Inc. These include business hardware and software purchase consultation. Business IT infrastructure setup including networks, servers, and data backup and security. We also provide general technical support and education for staff who do not have computer background.
Man Power Supply
Our manpower supply business entails the supply of human capital to work either on contract or as subconsultants or subcontractors for our internal or external clients. This work may be local to our operational area or international. We might liaise with other firms to perform this business.
Procurement
This division as the name implies is involved in the procurement and sales of various goods and services as determined by the economy & market forces. It could be for import, export, local sale or purchase, wholesale or at retail levels. This procurement can also be in support of EPCM projects or services.
Project Management
This division carry out the services of project management according to the methodology and principles outlined in the Project Management Institute's PMBOK. Our goal is to ensure that project are managed and executed in accordance to the agreed upon scope, schedule, cost and quality. If client needs demand, we can fast-track and/or crash projects after considering and evaluating all the risks associated with these strategies. We have a team of seasoned Project Management Professionals - PMP with diverse experience and background to successfully deliver projects all the time according to our clients' requirements.
