Ademola is the Chairman/CEO of Groupe St. Claus Ti Incorporee Incorporated with headquarters in Edmonton, Alberta and has subsidiaries in two African Countries. Ademola is a highly experienced Chemical Engineer with over 25 years of professional experience spanning oil and gas, telecoms, consulting and pharmaceuticals. He started his career as a Contract Field Engineer with Schlumberger in Nigeria and later joined Sowsco Well Services Nigeria as a Contract Field Engineer. He worked for Raylo Chemicals Inc. (now a Gilead Sciences Company) a major CMO in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry and thereafter joined Biomira Inc. a leader in Cancer Vaccine Research in Edmonton, Alberta Canada as a Quality Assurance Specialist. Ademola also worked for Cingular/AT&T Wireless and later for Shaw Cablesystems GP, and spent time in the market research industry working for Ipsos Reid.
These days Ademola spends his time as a Consultant and a Business Generalist developing strategic and sustainable solutions for clients around the world, leveraging his consulting experience gained at Stantec Consulting Ltd and while working for late Dr. Adeyeye Anjorin (MSc. Harvard) one of Nigeria's leading management consultants; Adeyeye Anjorin Associates.
Ademola is an experienced Project Management Professional, PMP and he was a member of the Project Management Institute, he was a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and he was a Senior Member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE). He is also a Quality Management Professional and as an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, he ensured the highest standards and best practices in all his consulting engagements.
He is a past board director for Oliver Centre in Edmonton, Alberta, he is the former national board treasurer and member of Canadian Family Advisory Network (CFAN), He is the council former co-chair for the Edmonton, Alberta Canada Stollery Children's Hospital's Patient and Family-Centred Care Council (PFCCC) and the former section Audit Chair and former Member Chair of Edmonton Section of American Society for Quality (ASQ). Emmanuel Otoijamun is a University graduate of Electrical and Electronic Engineering with first Class honors. He started working in the oil industry after working as a Systems Engineer in the electronic world for two years. He has over 18 years in the oil industries and has held different positions including district Engineer, Rig manager (of three different rigs), Division Performance Manager, etc. He has been directly involved in operations including Seismic Shootings, Drilling of different Well types, Work-over Operations, Cementing Operations, Well stimulation, different types of Well Logging, Well Test operations, etc.
Emmanual has also worked at different stages with Rig engineering, supporting rigs in Europe and African Regions and thus knows what rigs are all about. He is well aware and believes in the personal and regulatory needs to work safely on all locations and is always focused in all the operations he manages. He has worked in many different countries in Europe and Africa and speaks and writes English, French and Yoruba (Nigerian Language). Emmanual's ability to learn very quickly, his analytical personality and the trainings received through working with Schumberger (World-renowned oil exploration company) and Transocean (World biggest Drilling Company) over his fifteen years in the industry, have given him the ability to get to the position he is in today and the array of knowledge he has in the industry.
Harrison Aburime has a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a Post-graduate diploma in Chemical Engineering. He has over 12 years experience in the Flour and Feed Industry as an chemical analyst. More information.
His duties included:
- Proximate analysis of wheat and wheat products – which are flour (bread/biscuit), semolina and bran.
- Rheological tests on wheat flour (bread/biscuit) for physical properties.
- Baking tests on bread flour/ product development.
- Prompt response to customer complaints.
- Professional advice on product usage.
In addition, Harrison carried out proximate analyses on the raw materials for feed production, semi finished and finished feed products. He oversaw a water treatment plant with a storage capacity of 254000L raw water and 254000L of treated water. His work involved converting raw water from river source or borehole source into treated portable water, i.e, water suitable for human consumption.

Martin Wong provides IT services and consultation for Groupe St. Claus Ti Incorporee. and its partners. Martin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, achieving Honors with Distinction from the University of Alberta. He has extensive work experience in the field of electronics and software development, having worked on cutting-edge technologies for IBM corporation. In addition, Martin has founded, Bright Ideas Inc., a company specializing in a broad application of business technology, software and web-design, currently in partnership with Groupe St. Claus Ti Incorporee.
Martin has worked both in Canada and the US, at the IBM Canadian National Business Headquarters in Toronto, Ontario, as well as the IBM National Semiconductor Research Facility located in Hopewell Junction, New York. With international corporate experience, Martin has participated in the design of sophisticated business analysis software, consumer privacy software, and microelectronic test macros for IBM's 45nm and 32nm fabircation processes. Also having traveled broadly within China, he has valuable asian business experience to assist in the development of any business.
